Sealed With a Kiss
We wanted to extend our campaign outside internet! We have made hand written notes that are personalized for the person you want to get in touch with! Check out some of the cards we made and if you would like to print one of these out yourself feel free to pull it off the page! Or even better, write your own notes or use these as an inspiration!

1 a day keeps the social media away!
Take the Call-the-Fam Challenge!

We have seven days in a week, so why not take full advantage of them? This challenge encourages you to take some time out of your busy like and chat up one family member per day. It doesn’t matter who you pick each day, but be sure to change it up. Talk to Mom on monday, Dad on tuesday, older sister wednesday, …well you get the idea. If you don’t have enough immediate family members to fill in each day, talk to your aunt or uncle. Whoever it is you pick, be sure you talk to them for at least 10 minutes. Some suggestions for conversation topics are: school, relationships, tv shows, and good old memories (after all, it’s your family members who have lived with you the most and know you from the beginning.) These conversations can be one of the most valuable surprises you can ever give any family member!

Don’t just text your BFFs! Gossip is much more fun when you can hear their voice!

Go ahead. Give your Ma and Pops a ring. update them on how well that relationship/friendship/school project/or whatever is going.

Pumping iron for your fingers
Think you’re burning some major calories from that massive text about how you “ran into that cute boy at the dinning hall today and spilled your fruit punch on him?”
*studies show that texting can be bad for the muscles and joins in your wrist and fingers!

No Facebook Friday Challenge!
Do you spend hours and hours aimlessly on facebook?
take a moment and stop to think about what that is doing for you.
is it rewarding? are you really connecting with your loved ones, or are you just scrolling through the newsfeed.
TAKE A CHALLENGE.
We encourage you to spend a day without logging onto Facebook and reconnect with people for real.
Spend a whole friday without getting online. If you need to contact someone, CALL them, or even better - MEET them in person!
In our world today, it is easy to be distracted with social media. It is time to break off these habits and get out there and make real connections. The original way of networking was to call or meet in person anyways!
Think you have what it takes? Give it a try and who knows - you might find more about a person when you have a non-digital conversation with them rather than peeping through their ‘about me’ section.
